When can I expect to receive my fall 2025 order?

Our primary shipping season begins around mid-September and continues through October. We tailor our shipping schedule based on your climate zone, ensuring that your order arrives at the optimal planting time for your region.

Please Note: Amaryllis bulbs are scheduled to ship in mid-late October 2025. Because we ship all items together in one complete order, customers in colder climate zones (Zones 0–4) should place separate orders for Amaryllis. If not, your entire order will be held until the Amaryllis bulbs are ready to ship.

We’re committed to getting your order to you as efficiently as possible, though some factors—like weather and transit delays—are out of our control. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Which carrier will my order ship with?

We are committed to shipping your product in a way that it reaches you in the shortest amount of time. This means that depending on service times, your order will ship with the carrier that can best deliver your product.

Will I get notified when my shipment leaves?

Yes, you will get an email notification that your product is ready to go along with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment as it makes its way to you. 

Can I add to an existing order?

We are not able to make additions or edits to your order once it is placed. Please make sure your order is complete at the time of placing it. 

What is your return policy?

All products are final sale. We do not accept returns at Coast Farms to prevent the spread of any pests or plant diseases. Should you have any concerns about the plants/bulbs that you’ve received, please email hello@coastfarms.ca within 7 days of receipt, include a few images and we will provide further support, advice, or a credit.

Do you have a product guarantee?

We guarantee that the plants/bulbs we ship are healthy, top quality, and true to name. We are unable to assume responsibility for loss or non-performance due to improper storage, poor weather, soil conditions, lack of adequate care or any other growing conditions outside of our control.

If you have any concerns about the product you’ve received, please email support@coastfarms.ca within 7 days of receipt and include a few images to help us provide you with support. We will promptly respond with proper product care/advice.
