Ordering & Product Information

Do you have a catalogue?

We do not offer a printed catalogue. Our complete and up to date selection of plants, bulbs, and roses is always available on our website, including current pricing and seasonal availability.

Are your roses potted?

All of our roses are sold as bare root plants. Bare root roses establish well and are shipped at the ideal time for planting.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I edit or add to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please email hello@coastfarms.ca as soon as possible. Order updates depend on your order status and the stage of the shipping season, and we will do our best to accommodate requests.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, cancellation requests depend on whether your order has already entered the shipping process and the current shipping season. Please contact hello@coastfarms.ca for assistance.

Can I return my order?

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact hello@coastfarms.ca within 3 days of delivery. Including photos helps us quickly assess the issue. For full details, please review our return policy.

My plant did not grow as expected. Can I get a refund?

We guarantee that our plants are healthy, true to name, and ready to grow at the time of delivery. We cannot offer refunds for losses caused by weather, soil conditions, improper watering, planting outside recommended hardiness zones, winter damage, pests, or inadequate care.

Shipping Schedule & Seasonal Timing

When do items ship?

Shipping times are based on the planting season to ensure your plants arrive ready to grow.

Fall planting bulbs ship from late September through November.

• Orders placed before September 15 usually arrive in late September to early October

• Orders placed between September 15 and October 15 usually arrive in October

• Orders placed after October 15 typically ship within 5 business days

Spring planting bulbs and perennials ship from late April through May.

• Orders placed before April 15 usually arrive in late April to early May

• Orders placed after April 15 usually arrive in May

Your order is shipped at the appropriate time for planting in Canadian growing conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship directly from our farm in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia to all provinces and territories across Canada. At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Shipping dates depend on the season and when your order was placed.

How long does delivery take?

After shipping, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and weather conditions.
