At Coast Farms, we guarantee that our plants are in good health, true to name, and ready to begin growing in your garden upon arrival. We are not responsible for the loss of plants due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, unsuitable soil conditions, improper watering, planting outside the recommended hardiness zones, winter conditions, damage caused by garden pests, or inadequate care.

While we make every effort to carefully package and ship plants in excellent condition, please be aware that some minor cosmetic damage to the product may occur during transit and does not affect plant viability.
Please notify us by email with any concerns regarding plant condition, shipping damage, shortages, or order accuracy within three (3) days of delivery at hello@coastfarms.ca.
Please include a few digital photos, as this will assist us in diagnosing the issue and finding an effective solution. Failure to contact us within three days of delivery may result in the issue being considered beyond our control and outside the scope of our responsibility.
Please be aware that our liability is limited to the purchase price of the plant in question. Coast Farms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to landscaping costs, labour costs, replacement planting costs, lost profits, or loss of future plant performance.
If your plants or bulbs bloom differently than expected or you believe you have received the incorrect variety, please contact us at hello@coastfarms.ca and include clear photos of the plants. If an error has occurred on our part, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Please note that minor colour variations can occur due to growing conditions and do not necessarily indicate an incorrect variety.
If a problem arises and cannot be resolved through cultural advice, our policy is to offer a credit towards a future purchase equal to the purchase price of the plant. We do not provide refunds for the shipping cost of the plant.
