Vibrant and playful, Anemone ‘Rainbow Blueberry’ adds a cheerful punch of colour to spring borders or container displays. Pair them with ‘Blue Poppy’ anemones for a cool-toned masterpiece, or let them shine on their own. Anemone coronaria are excellent in cut flower gardens, thriving in rows or clusters and producing long-lasting stems. For best germination, soak corms overnight before planting.

Fall Bulb Planting Guide

  • Flower bulbs are a low-maintenance and rewarding way to add colour to your garden.
  • Fall-planted bulbs thrive when exposed to cool soil temperatures. They can be planted anytime from late September into January.
  • These bulbs lie dormant through winter and burst into bloom in the spring and early summer.
  • When you receive your bulbs, be sure to read the planting instructions included with each variety. Planting depth can vary depending on the size and type of the bulb, as well as how tall the mature plant will be.
  • As a general guideline, bulbs should be placed with the pointed end facing up and covered with about 15 cm (6 inches) of soil.
