Dahlia ‘Aladdin’s Lamp’ is a striking decorative dahlia known for its large 6-inch apricot-orange blooms that glow with warm garden colour. The softly layered petals blend from rich apricot and orange tones into a golden yellow center, creating a luminous effect that stands out in garden beds, borders, and cut flower arrangements.

Dahlia Planting Guide

  • Choose a sunny location that receives at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight daily for strong growth and abundant blooms.
  • Plant dahlia tubers after the danger of frost has passed and the soil has warmed, as cold, wet soil can cause tubers to rot.
  • Loosen the soil well and dig a hole about 6 inches deep. Place the tuber horizontally with the eye facing up.
  • Cover with soil and water lightly at planting. Avoid heavy watering until new growth appears.
  • Once shoots emerge, water regularly, keeping the soil evenly moist but never waterlogged.
