Aquilegia ‘Ruby Port’ is a charming, heirloom perennial cherished since the 1600s for its rich claret-red blooms and graceful, easy-to-grow habit. This columbine forms clumps of delicate, fern-like blue-green foliage, with lightly fragrant, spurred flowers rising elegantly on slender stems. Perfect for shady borders, woodland gardens, or naturalized areas, ‘Ruby Port’ attracts pollinators while adding a touch of old-world charm. Ideal for cut flower arrangements, its striking red blossoms contrast beautifully with the foliage. A low-maintenance perennial, Aquilegia ‘Ruby Port’ delivers enchanting spring colour and timeless beauty year after year.
