This compact mignon dahlia features single, brightly coloured blooms in shades of pink, coral, orange, and yellow, stunningly contrasted by deep purple foliage. Reaching about 50–60 cm tall, ‘Dahlegria Tricolore’ is ideal for containers, borders, or small gardens. Blooming from mid‑summer to first frost, its vivid, pollinator‑friendly flowers bring cheerful, long‑lasting colour and bold visual contrast to any sunny spot. Sold as a tuber clump.

Dahlia Planting & Care

(Dahlia Dahlegria Tricolore)

  • Choose a sunny location that receives at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight daily for strong growth and abundant blooms.
  • Plant dahlia tubers after the danger of frost has passed and the soil has warmed, as cold, wet soil can cause tubers to rot.
  • Loosen the soil well and dig a hole about 6 inches deep. Place the tuber horizontally with the eye facing up.
  • Cover with soil and water lightly at planting. Avoid heavy watering until new growth appears.
  • Once shoots emerge, water regularly, keeping the soil evenly moist but never waterlogged.
