Tulip Magic Sensation is a stunning double late peony tulip that adds luxurious charm to any spring garden. Its lush, layered petals bloom in rich shades of rose-pink with creamy highlights, creating an almost magical display. Growing to about 45 cm tall, it’s perfect for borders, containers, or cut flower arrangements.

Our Premium Collection of bulbs offer stunning, hard to find varieties that are treasured by gardeners. Often prized as collectors items, these varieties are scarce and available in limited quantities. Make sure to order early!

Tulip Planting & Care

(Tulip Magic Sensation)

  • Tulips are cold-hardy and thrive outdoors through the winter. For optimal results, plant them anytime from October through mid-December. If your bulbs arrive earlier in the season (like September), store them in a cool, dry, and rodent-proof place until the weather cools enough for planting.
  • You can plant tulip bulbs directly into garden beds or outdoor containers.
  • For gardens with dense or clay-heavy soil, improve drainage by mixing in generous amounts of compost and coarse sand or grit.
  • Choose a location that gets full sun or partial/dappled shade.
  • Plant each bulb 15–20 cm deep, ensuring the pointed tip is facing upwards.
  • In containers, space bulbs about 10 cm apart for a full, lush look. In garden beds, you can space them slightly farther apart if desired.
